Grievance Redressal

Grievance Redressal Policy is the way to connect with the company for the client to get the resolution, in case of any complaints/queries.

For resolution of complaints against RTF, customers may contact the respective branch office of RTF between- 10:00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday or email us at care@realtouchfinance.com or may approach us at the sub section “Grievance Redressal” on our official website www.realtouchfinance.com.

In case, If the query is not resolved within 15 days customers can contact the below redressal officer’s based on the escalation level:
